HAMILTON — In the middle of one of Hamilton's industrial zones, officials at Waste Management are rolling out the welcome mat for orioles and sparrows, squirrels and red foxes.
Tucked away behind the company's office on Patterson Avenue lies an 18-acre patch of land, a one-time municipal landfill that officials now tout as a wildlife habitat.
